A: Agent-Link does not serve as an agency or agent. We are a platform that helps connect players, agents, and teams globally.

Q: Are all of the agents on your platform certified?

A: Not all agents on Agent-Link are FIBA certified. While an uncertified agent can still serve as a connector between a player and an opportunity, uncertified agents are not under the oversight of a regulatory body and have not demonstrated a minimum level of knowledge which often means their contracts offer a player less legal protection.
